1. What type of candles does Aura by Ashley Nicole, LLC sell?

Right now, we are starting out with our 10 Ounce, 2-Wick soy blend candle in a luxury glass jar with wooden lid.

2. What type of wax are the candles?

We use a Soy Blend that consists mostly of Soy, however it does include ParaSoy in the mixture to ensure great hot throw. Our priority is not only a clean and even burn, but also a great and fragrant aroma to remember us by.

3. What is the burn time on these candles?

Our clients typically get about 50-55 hours of burn time throughout the duration of the candle

4. How long should I burn my candle?

We suggest you burn your candle for only 4-5 hours at a time before switching it out with another AURA by Ashley Nicole candle. 

5. What else is to come for AURA by Ashley Nicole LLC?

Definitely more collections, fragrance expansion, wax melts and room sprays.

7. Where is the company shipping from? 

We are based outside of Atlanta, Georgia, United States

8. How long will my order take to process?

Please allow 3-5 days processing time to package your order. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via USPS Priority Mail. We ship items every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after your order has been packaged.

9. How has Covid-19 affected operations?

We are a home based business who practices sanitation at all times. Please be cognizant of the occasional shipping delay beyond our control with USPS due to COVID-19 impacts. 

10. What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to Covid-19 and for the safety of both the customer and the owner. For any damaged items due to shipping, please contact us and we can work with you to file a claim with USPS.
